Dwayne Fernandes - Bilateral Amputee After taking part in the Sydney Tower Run-up, bilateral amputee and client of APC Prosthetics Dwayne Fernandes has now competed in New York's Empire State Building stairwell race. Dwayne climbed a massive 1576 steps to the top of the Empire State Building in 26min12sec, making history in the process. Congratulations Dwayne!
